The road up to camp is a one way road once you leave the main road - be prepared to pull over if needed.

Access by road from Tauranga:

1. Take State Highway 29 towards Hamilton for approximately 24 km.

2. Four hundred metres past Kaimai School (just over the bridge), turn right into Ngamuwahine Road.

3. Follow this winding gravel road to its end (approx 3km).
